ImprovementIt's really in the eye of the beholder, ut sometimes we feel the need to explain ourselves. Especially since this somehow got blown way out of proportion o.O
I got this message on tumblr the other night:
"You're obviously a very talented artist, I just wish you would push your boundaries more. I've been following your work for years, and while there has been improvement- it's been minimal. And I think it's because you're really afraid to try, to mess up. You've just been doing what you're good at over and over again, but never going further. That's how I see it, anyway."
Now right from the start, I don't want anyone to just comment on this journal and hate on the commenter! That's very rude, not only to them, but to me, please read the full journal. I know people usually don't -.-
Especially because in many ways, they are correct. I am afraid of messing up. I'm awful at putting myself in situations where I know I'll fail, I know that. Not just in art, in life. If I know there's

...dunno what to name thisSoo, I had to go to the hospital for my arm today...cause it keeps being weird and going numb and stuff like that. And my neurologist said that I have to get an MRI...(STUPID LOUD METAL TUBE!!!! *is a bit claustrophobic*) and I have to get a needle for the contrast too....(NUUUUU! *is deathly afraid of needles and has a VERY BAD track record with people who try to give them to me.) So, I had just a wonderful day today. *sarcasm*

And when I was at the hospital, I met an adorable little four year old girl....thw poor baby had cancer....it was so sad. But she was so happy, she acted like there was nothing wrong....I almost burst into tears right there. Why do such horrible things have to happen to innocent people?

plus i was kind of sceptical before i went to see it (since i loved the books so much), so i figured it might help to clear some things up that might have put fans off.

SOOOOO...... the cast. that's usually what fans debate about most when films are made from books, and there's certainly been debating for this cast. For me, Jennifer Lawrence was a perfect choice for Katniss. In fact no, she was THE perfect choice for Katniss. Honestly i don't understand why people thought she wouldn't do a good job. I thought she looked the part when i saw the trailer, and after seeing the film i definitely thought she acted the part. How it started:

…..They're calling me weird again…

Im aganst bullingA teacher in New York was teaching her class about bullying and gave them the following exercise to perform. She had the children take out a piece of paper and told them to crumple it up, stomp on it and really mess it up, not to rip it. Then she had them unfold the paper, smooth it out and look at how scarred and dirty it was. She then told them to tell it they're sorry. Now, even though they said they were sorry and tried to fix the paper, she pointed out all the scars they left behind. And that those scars will never go away no matter how hard they tried to fix it. That is what happens when a child bullies another child, they may say they're sorry, but the scars are there forever. The looks on the faces of the children in the classroom told her the message hit home. Copy and paste this if you are against bullying.
(Cause it happemed to me and cause its not nice at all)

I'm AWESOME!It's true, it's so true. Why? Well let's start with the fact that my teacher and I watched Nyan Cat for about ten minutes before finally shutting off his iPad. Yeah, I know right? XD
Also I get bored VERY easily and during my second period I had NOTHING to do. I was a decent child for once and did my homework, secured film locations and finished the scripts leaving me bored. Now I had two options. Option One: go harrass my friend during class or wander. I choose wandering. While wandering I bumped into my teacher whom in her class I ALWAYS write Nikkie the Awesome on top of all my papers. We passed in the halls, she gave me this look and said in an irritated tone,
"Stop writing Nikki the Awesome where your last name should go, Ms. Howard."
To which I replied, "It's true and you know whom I am so I see no problem with it."
"Just stop doing it."
After that there was a door opened in the hallway in which I was wandering. For some reason my mind thought it would be okay to jump into that r
