Your vision of Fred is fine as it is your drawing but just so you know there are black children that have red hair and freckles. I dated someone who had red heads on both his maternal and paternal sides of his family and he was very ginger with freckles. In his immediate family only him and his mother had the red hair and freckles whereas his father, brother and sister were dark skinned and had dark hair.

Actually my cousin Lisa is married (she's like 20 years older than me) to a Polynesian and she's super white and their daughter is brown like her dad but their son is white like his mom so Fred doesn't actually have to be black at all it's completely possible he's ginger and freckly

Well, because Fred Jr is biracial he could still have freckles, he'd have curly black hair, brown skin, and smatterings of freckles he'd be so cute! But your version is absolutely adorable as well.

Fred could be black with red hair & freckles lol NOT saying there's anything wrong with your vision. I think I lot of people think of biracial people as all one race. Malcolm X was light skinned & had red hair, his nick name was Red. IDK I love your drawings. You can draw them how you like.
