well, at least I am thinking of Vea as her name.
I guess that's just one of viria obsession stages, you know
making original characters...Considering I am all into Naruto right now (pretty late isn't it), I decided it would be cool to make an OC..and it's really lots of fun because CLOTHING *_*
So..Vea. She's from the Village of Mist, and she's pretty much a waterbender
Well, at least her powers do resemble waterbending even though the using key is more..um..ninja (I really don't know all those terms in English)

I guess Vea is pretty apathetic one, she barely cares about anything happening around her, and barely shows even a tiny bit of emotion (even though I might have failed apathetic look of her eyes, because they aren't black).
I figured out I don't have enough of..'not good guys' ocs, so that's pretty much the reason I made Vea. She's rather cruel and selfish..hm..quite an evil one, even though she's not exactly the worse type of human.
I don't know how to say everything I 'feel' about her in English yet..all those words, but at least I did really have lots of fun with her design because Naruto universe has maaaaaaaany variations of things
The first thing that came to my mind was her hair, and considering this colour I thought it would be so much more beautiful with dark skin
And that's pretty much the moment when I figured her character
