I love this picture. I think his expression is perfect. It looks like he just had to do something terrible, and now that it's over he can finally take off his mask, and express the pain of having to hurt someone. He's letting his face show how much he hates being a Death Eater.

True, the expression on his face is rather odd. After studying it carefully (and considering the fact that he's scratching his head), I've decided he's just been Confunded.

It has to be another Death Eater who's done it because he wouldn't wear his DE robes and mask around anyone else. Not Severus, I'm sure, nor Lucius, and I hate blaming everything on Bellatrix just because it's done so often. Let's say Rabastan Lestrange. Why? I have no idea.
